Privacy Policy

This website introduces our cleaning services and makes it easy to request a free quote or a free walkthrough. It does not:

• accept payments or process financial transactions;
• ask for, collect, or store credit card or bank information;
• require you to create an account or log in;
• keep a customer database; or
• ask for sensitive personal information, such as government ID numbers or financial details.

Browsing. We do not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels, social media plugins, or other third-party scripts. Like every website, the company that hosts our site (Vercel) automatically processes basic technical information needed to deliver pages and keep the site secure, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time. We do not use this information to identify you.

Quote and walkthrough requests. The form asks only for what we need to prepare a quote or arrange a walkthrough, and every field is optional:

• your first name and city;
• the type of cleaning, and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms for homes and rentals;
• how often you’d like cleaning, and for walkthroughs, the times that usually work; and
• any notes you choose to add.

The form works inside your browser only. It does not send or store what you type. What you enter stays in your open browser tab and disappears when you leave or reload the page. When you tap “Open in Messages”, a text message to (415) 926-0013 opens in your own messaging app, where you can review, edit, or discard it. It is only sent if you press send. “Copy message” copies the text to your device’s clipboard and sends nothing.

We talk with customers by text message (SMS), WhatsApp, phone, and email. None of these messages pass through this website. Text messages and calls are carried by your and our mobile carriers, WhatsApp messages by WhatsApp, and emails by the email providers involved. These carriers and providers may process and store messages under their own terms and privacy policies. Messages are also kept on our business phone and email.

When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to share, along with your phone number or email address, which is shown with every message. On WhatsApp, we may also see the profile name and photo you have set there.

We only ask for what we need to prepare a quote, arrange a walkthrough, and provide our services. Please don’t send payment card, bank, or government ID details by text, WhatsApp, or email.

We use customer information only for:

• responding to inquiries and preparing quotes;
• scheduling walkthroughs and cleaning visits;
• providing our services and communicating with you about them; and
• keeping necessary business records.

We use text messages and WhatsApp for quote requests, free walkthroughs, scheduling, cleaning service updates, and other conversations with customers. A request made on this website is not a booking: we’ll text you to confirm details and find a time that works. We do not send unsolicited promotional text messages.

We do not sell customer information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

To run our business, we keep customer information in a small number of everyday tools:

• Vercel, which hosts this website (technical information only, as described above);
• our mobile phone carrier, for calls and text messages (SMS);
• WhatsApp, for WhatsApp messages;
• Google (Gmail), for email; and
• the calendar, spreadsheet, and other business applications we use for scheduling and records.

Each provider handles information under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Our website links to our Yelp and Instagram pages, and its buttons can open your phone, messaging, or email app. Those services are not run by us, and their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

This website does not set cookies or use similar tracking technologies, and it does not track visitors over time or across other websites. Because there is no tracking to turn off, the site does not change its behavior in response to “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control browser signals.

• This website: keeps nothing you type. Our hosting provider keeps basic technical logs for a limited time under its own policies.
• Inquiries that do not become clients: we delete text and WhatsApp messages, emails, and notes within 12 months of our last contact.
• Clients: we keep customer records only as long as reasonably necessary for our business operations and to meet applicable legal obligations.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your choices”). Some records may need to be kept to meet legal, tax, or business record-keeping obligations.

This website is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Because it is a static, informational site with no database, accounts, or payment features, it holds no customer information that could be exposed. It also blocks scripts from other websites from running on its pages.

Access to customer communications is restricted to authorized L&P Clean Breeze team members. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.

You can contact us using the business contact information below to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We will review and respond to requests within the timeframes required by applicable privacy laws. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and some information may need to be kept to meet legal, tax, or business record-keeping obligations. You can also let us know at any time if you would prefer not to receive text or WhatsApp messages from us.

This website is intended for adults arranging cleaning services. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above. If the change is significant, we will make it clear on this page.
